Recipe of the month - August 2020

I sometimes have trouble getting to sleep and or staying asleep so I started looking for options other than taking yet another pill. I found this Dairy-Free Honey Nutmeg Milk recipe on Pinterest and thought I’d pass it along in case you too, have trouble falling asleep. ZZZZZZZ

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dairy milk (in the case of dietary restrictions, cashew or almond milk are good options)
  • 1-2 tsp raw organic honey
  • 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

After heating up your milk of choice, add in the honey and nutmeg and stir until dissolved.
